New updates connectivity

The data is loading long via 3g after the update. When it comes to videos, it takes even 10 minutes to load 2 mins long one. It was not like ot before the update. What is more auto rotate for videos stopped working + the video is not extending when rotating from vertical to horizontal view. Please fix.
Env: iphone 5 7.1.2
